I checked out this morning and Michael at the front desk was awesome. Super friendly, quick, and made the process really easy. The hotel was great overall clean rooms, comfy bed, and everything well kept. Thanks to Michael and the staff for making the stay so pleasant!
One thing you should know is the rooms are smaller and a bit dated but clean, comfortable, and location is amazing. I stay here often (at least once a year) because it is close to family. This time, we got to know Willie, the valet. He helped us understand parking rules in the area as valet wasn't available, held the door every time we went in or out for the day. His son was even driving by and he introduced us which made us feel like part of the local community. Sadly, I didn't get the names of two other amazing employees. One was at check in, she was younger and had glasses. We had requested a rollaway bed during our stay and she got it up to us so quickly. She was always smiling and happy to help. The other was the woman working in the breakfast area. She is super down to earth and always available for recommendations in the area, says good morning to everyone so kindly and remembers those who have stayed before. We stayed over Thanksgiving and any of these staff members could've been grumpy to work on the holiday and instead they were happy to help and treated us with great kindness.

Parking options are few, but I also arrived during a snowstorm before the plows started clearing so understandable. Nice rooms, slept well, and would stay again.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding, especially thanks to Jose, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. He truly made me feel welcome. The hotel conditions were excellent very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spotless and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
I had a very nice stay at the Andrew while visiting my grandchildren in the Great Neck area. The check in service was excellent and the front desk were so helpful with recommendations and explaining the amenities at the hotels. The rooms were modern and spotless. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly. The hotel is steps away from the LIRR which brings you into to the city seamlessly and within 30 min. Walking distance into town with many restaurants/shops/cafes. Complimentary breakfast was also a nice added touch, already looking forward to returning!
